Old Brandywine Village, a community located near Masley Glove Factory ,had their annual Park Cleanup that was led by Frank for many years. The community gathered together on a cool, rainy morning and cleaned up the area on Market Street
Frank would be so proud of all our efforts in carrying on his Legacy of keeping the city clean.

We Celebrated Frank's belief in bringing renewal and hope to this remarkable area of Wilmington, Delaware.
We all enjoyed wonderful artwork of K.O.Simms, Eunice LaFate, and Rue' Wingo Lam, the woodcraft of the Challenge Program, the youthful voices of Reeds Refuge, BEL IEVE choral group! The children of Reed's Refuge performed a song written by friend Fred Reed that had created a video with Donna as actress. Frank had often visited Fred in Reed's Refuge music studio and loved to hear this song.
During the celebration, OBV presented Donna with a check for $500 for BeLikeFrank Foundation.
Family and Friends enjoyed the photos of Frank created by Watercolors Inc . During the event, artist K.O. Simmons painted Frank carrying the flag in Sarajevo Olympics (1998) and had a painting of Frank carrying his sled.
The evening was magical .
